A good book for au pairs

I recently purchased the Best Nanny Handbook and was very impressed with the information in it. I thought it would be a light reading, however it is full of useful information. Even though it's not a thick book with hundreds of pages, the author hit the topics right. If you don't have much time and wanna crash course on childcare, keeping a good relationship with the family and basically how to work as an au pair/nanny I recommend you check it out.
